Burgundy, "Viré Clessé, Pierres Blanches" 2021, domaine André Bonhomme (biodynamic)

£25.00

This Viré Clessé les Pierres Blanches is a cuvée produced from plots aged 30 years on average. Most of the blend comes from a vine planted at the top of the hill where the limestone parent rock was crushed in order to plant the plot. The soil therefore consists of a carpet of white pebbles on the surface, hence the name of this cuvée. The vinification is natural and carried out 100% in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the freshness and the fruit of this cuvée. To taste as an aperitif, with fish or shellfish.
